Snack:  1.75 oz sunflower seed kernels (4g), 2 TBSP dill dip (2g), cucumber, celery sticks
Dinner:  2 cheeseburgers w/ pickles, lettuce, mustard w/o bun (4g)

Nutritionals:  Magnesium (400mg), Calcium (1200 mg), Vitamin C (1000mg), Multi-vitamin, Michael's Glucose Metabolism Factors (3x / day), Milk Thistle (3x / day)

Hi everyone,

Wow, it seems like years since I've been here but it's only been since Friday.  I slept all day on Saturday to recover from work!  LOL  I'm such a baby.

I've added Milk Thistle to my nutritionals to help my liver.  I've been drinking 32 ounces of cran-water per day.  These are all parts of the Fat Fast Plan that I'm slowly adding.

I'm starting a new week at about 257.  I didn't weigh myself all week but I've been eating ok.  I only had 2 bad days - last Monday and Wednesday.

I still need to make some new goals for June!  Plus exercising has been a disaster.  That is way harder to do when you've been at work all day.  But I especially need it since I sit on my butt all day long.

My daughter's recital (she plays flute) is tonight.
